I provide clinical supervision grounded in a relational psychodynamic framework, with a strong emphasis on multicultural identities and trauma-informed practice. My supervisory style is collaborative, reflective, and attuned to the relational dynamics that emerge between clinician and client, as well as between supervisor and supervisee.
Supervision rates are determined on an individual basis and depend on factors such as licensure level, supervision needs, frequency of meetings, and stage of professional development. I encourage prospective supervisees to reach out for an initial consultation so we can discuss your goals, clinical interests, and what you are looking for in supervision.
I am particularly committed to supporting newer clinicians as they begin building their caseloads and professional identity. Whenever possible, I strive to offer flexible and accessible supervision arrangements for therapists who are early in their careers. Please contact me to learn more about current supervision rates and availability.

Perinatal therapy provides support during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. While this time can be meaningful and exciting, it can also bring unexpected challenges such as anxiety, depression, overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship changes, and feelings of uncertainty. Therapy offers a space to process these experiences openly and without judgment.
My approach is relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed, helping clients navigate both the practical and emotional realities of becoming a parent. Whether you are struggling with postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, fertility challenges, pregnancy-related stress, or adjusting to life with a new baby, therapy can provide support, insight, and connection during this important stage of life.

Multicultural therapy recognizes that our cultural identities, family backgrounds, and life experiences play an important role in how we understand ourselves and relate to others. For many individuals, navigating multiple cultures, immigration experiences, family expectations, language differences, or questions of belonging can create unique emotional and relational challenges that deserve thoughtful exploration.
I provide a supportive space to examine how culture, identity, relationships, and lived experiences intersect with anxiety, self-esteem, family dynamics, and life transitions. Through a relational, culturally responsive approach, therapy can help you better understand yourself, strengthen your sense of identity, and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Many professionals find themselves managing constant pressure, high expectations, and the challenge of balancing career demands with personal well-being. While success can bring a sense of accomplishment, it can also come with burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, difficulty slowing down, and feeling disconnected from other areas of life.
My therapy provides a space to step away from the demands of performance and explore the deeper patterns that contribute to stress and self-criticism. I work with professionals seeking greater balance, healthier boundaries, improved relationships, and a more sustainable way of approaching work, achievement, and personal fulfillment.
