Therapy for Chronic Stress, Anxiety, and Overthinking

Anxiety Specialist Therapy in Seattle, Washington

Helping adults work through stress, burnout, and anxiety has been the focus of my practice for the past 10 years. I provide anxiety therapy for adults in Seattle, Lynnwood, Edmonds, and throughout Washington through online therapy. My goal isn't simply to help you cope with anxiety—it's to help you understand where it comes from so you can create lasting change.

Whether you're navigating work stress, relationship challenges, a major life transition, or years of chronic worry, therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin relating to your thoughts and emotions in a different way.

Does This Sound Familiar?

Anxiety and chronic stress aren't always obvious.

You might be the person everyone depends on—the one who gets things done, thinks ahead, and appears calm under pressure. But underneath, your mind rarely gets a break. You replay conversations, worry about making the wrong decision, or feel like you can never fully relax because your brain is always trying to stay one step ahead.

Sometimes anxiety looks less like panic and more like overthinking, perfectionism, putting everyone else's needs before your own, or feeling responsible for keeping everything together. These patterns can become so familiar that they begin to feel like part of who you are.

My Approach

Anxiety doesn't develop in a vacuum, and lasting change rarely comes from simply trying to think differently. While coping strategies can be helpful, I believe it's equally important to understand the experiences and patterns that keep anxiety going in the first place.

My approach is relational, attachment-based, and psychodynamic. Together, we'll explore how your relationships, life experiences, and emotional patterns have shaped the way you respond to stress, uncertainty, and the expectations you place on yourself. Rather than judging or trying to "fix" these parts of you, we'll work to understand them with curiosity and compassion.

For over 10 years, I have specialized in helping adults navigate anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, and relationship anxiety. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals—whether you're looking for relief from constant worry, healthier relationships, or a deeper understanding of yourself.

My hope is that therapy becomes more than a place to manage anxiety. It becomes a space where you feel understood, gain insight into the patterns keeping you stuck, and build a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more authentically your own.

If you're looking for an anxiety therapist in Northern Seattle, Edmonds, or Lynnwood, or online therapy anywhere in Washington, I'd be honored to support you on that journey.
