Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for associate clinicians and mental health professionals seeking a reflective, relationally focused supervisory experience. With over 10 years of clinical practice experience, my approach is grounded in relational psychodynamic theory, multicultural counseling, and trauma-informed care, with an emphasis on developing both clinical skill and professional identity.

Supervision is more than case consultation—it is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the therapeutic relationship, strengthen clinical judgment, and cultivate greater awareness of the relational dynamics that emerge in clinical work. Together, we explore clinical challenges, countertransference, attachment patterns, cultural factors, and the broader contexts that shape therapeutic work.

My supervisory style is collaborative, thoughtful, and growth-oriented. I strive to create a supportive space where supervisees can openly reflect on their work, build confidence in their clinical voice, and engage in meaningful professional development as therapists.

  • Relational psychodynamic case conceptualization

  • Attachment theory and attachment dynamics

  • Countertransference and therapist use of self

  • Trauma-informed clinical practice

  • Multicultural and culturally responsive therapy

  • Family systems and intergenerational patterns

  • Clinical decision-making and ethical considerations

  • Building therapeutic alliance and repair

  • Professional identity development
